  1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All package purchases are final. Offers and packages cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

  2. Validity Period: Packages must be used within 1 year of purchase. Any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited.

  3. Predefined Treatments: Packages include a predefined set of treatments. Substitutions, modifications, or customizations to the treatments are not permitted.

  4. Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. However, all appointments are subject to clinic availability.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee and will require rescheduling.

  6. Rescheduling Fee: Any appointment needing rescheduling due to a late cancellation will be subject to the $50 fee as outlined above.

  7. Treatment Suitability: All treatments are subject to consultation. If deemed unsuitable, alternative recommendations will be provided.

  8. Flexible Payment Plans: Packages over $300 are eligible for installment payments. Please consult our team at the time of purchase to discuss available payment plans.
