  • Participants must be enrolled in the Turn Pain Into Power program, a fully MSP-covered virtual pain self-management workshop, to attend these yoga classes. If you’re not already a member, please contact us to register before joining.

Conduct and Participation

  • Respectful Behaviour: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and fellow attendees.

  • Timeliness: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the session once it has started to avoid disruptions.

  • Medical Clearance: If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in the yoga sessions.

  • Personal Belongings: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any other personal items you may need. Shared equipment will not be provided.
