Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Parsa Wellness Clinic, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure fair scheduling and reduce missed appointments, all bookings require a small deposit at the time of reservation.

Deposit Amounts

 

• $100 for all services

Note - Laser Hair Removal are exempt from the deposit policy.

 

How It Works

 

Your deposit will be applied back to you as credit toward your treatment when you attend your appointment.

• If you proceed with a treatment during or after your consultation, your deposit will go toward the treatment cost.

• If you attend for a consultation only, a $50 fee of your $100 deposit will be applied as the consultation fee and the rest will be refunded back to you via the original payment method.

 

Payment Methods

 

After your appointment has been requested, you may receive a secure payment link. The deposit must be paid in full before your appointment is confirmed, whether booking online, by phone, or in person.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• 48 hours or more notice – your deposit will be refunded in full within 1 to 3 business days, or you may keep it as credit toward a future booking.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows – your deposit will be forfeited to compensate for your provider’s reserved time.
