Most medical aesthetic and wellness services can be booked directly without a referral. Certain specialized medical consultations may require a physician referral or an initial clinical assessment. Contact our team for guidance on the appropriate booking process.

Appointment availability varies by treatment, provider, and location. We recommend booking early for preferred dates and times, particularly evenings and weekends. You can check current availability through our online booking system or contact our team for assistance.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A deposit may be required for some treatments; the amount varies by treatment, and deposits are non-refundable for changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice. See our Booking & Cancellation Policy for details.
