At Parsa Wellness Clinic, our medical team has access to Clarius® point-of-care ultrasound to support selected dermal filler procedures. When clinically indicated, ultrasound imaging helps visualize underlying tissues, identify vascular structures, and guide treatment planning.

Imaging provides additional information alongside your clinical assessment, but it does not eliminate the risks of injectable treatment.

Clarius® ultrasound allows clinicians to visualize selected facial structures, including blood vessels and tissue layers. When clinically indicated, it can provide additional anatomical information to support treatment planning and filler placement. Ultrasound can assist with visualization, but it does not eliminate the risks associated with injectable procedures.

Traditional hyaluronic acid dermal fillers provide immediate volume and contour enhancement. Sculptra® works differently by stimulating collagen production over time. Improvements develop gradually over several weeks to months, with results that may last up to two years. Individual results vary.

Most cosmetic injectable treatments involve mild, temporary discomfort. Depending on the procedure, your provider may use topical numbing cream, cooling techniques, or products containing local anesthetic to improve comfort. Sensitivity varies by treatment area and individual.
