These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Parsa Wellness Clinic website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply to the website and its content; appointments, clinical services, and purchases may also have additional terms provided when you book or buy.

Website content is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it cannot replace an assessment by a qualified health professional. Do not delay seeking care or rely on website content for an urgent medical concern. Browsing this website or sending a general inquiry does not by itself create a patient-provider relationship.

Treatment suitability, expected outcomes, risks, and results vary from person to person. A qualified provider can discuss your circumstances and options with you.

Service descriptions, prices, provider availability, and clinic hours may change and may differ by location. Information on the website is not a guarantee that a service is available or suitable for you. Your appointment is subject to confirmation and any treatment-specific information or consent provided by the clinic.

If you need to change an appointment, the clinic's Booking and Cancellation Policy applies. Purchases made through an online service may also be subject to terms shown during checkout.

Gift-card pickup, redemption, and use are subject to the terms on our Gift Cards page.

The gift-card form submits an inquiry for our team to review. Submitting it does not confirm a purchase, issue or activate a card, or reserve a pickup appointment. You may request a card for yourself or as a gift for someone else.

After reviewing your inquiry, our team emails the purchaser a payment link. You complete payment online through that link. Once you have paid, please inform our team so we can verify payment, approve the card, and confirm collection of the physical card at your selected clinic. Please wait for that confirmation before visiting. No payment is taken through the request form, and submitting a request does not provide a digital voucher.

Please allow at least three business days from your request for preparation. For the online pickup calendar, business days are Monday to Friday, and the request date is not counted. The calendar excludes weekends but does not automatically exclude statutory holidays or clinic closures. All proposed dates remain subject to clinic confirmation, payment, and card approval.

Contact the clinic to change or cancel an unpaid inquiry. For requests that have already been paid, contact us to confirm the card's status and any available cancellation or refund options. If a paid request cannot be fulfilled, contact us to resolve the payment; any refund required by law will be honoured. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

When using this website, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information when contacting us or making a purchase.
• Not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute malicious code or unlawful material.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of the clinic and others.

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, branding, and design—belong to Parsa Wellness Clinic Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially use website content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Our website may link to services operated by other organizations, including online booking and payment services. We do not control those services or their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.
