We provide a fully integrative approach to health, beauty, and pain management—offering everything from primary care and IV therapy to advanced skincare, laser technologies, and non-invasive cosmetic treatments.


We’re expanding our multidisciplinary team and are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our clinic. Whether you specialize in therapeutic massage, injury rehab, or relaxation-focused care, you’ll find a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment that helps you grow your practice with confidence.


Position Overview

As a Registered Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) at Parsa Wellness Clinic, you’ll deliver personalized therapeutic care in a luxury, multidisciplinary setting. Working alongside a team of healthcare and aesthetic professionals, you’ll support clients in achieving their wellness goals through hands-on treatment and integrated care planning. This opportunity is ideal for an RMT seeking a consistent client base, full administrative and marketing support, and a collaborative, professional environment without the overhead of room rental.


Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments to understand clients’ physical conditions, medical history, and treatment goals

  • Deliver customized massage treatments using appropriate techniques based on client needs

  • Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans according to client progress

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes

  • Comply with regulatory and ethical standards as set by provincial licensing bodies

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support integrated client care

  • Educate clients on at-home care strategies including stretches and posture improvement

  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and follow hygiene protocols

  • Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality at all times

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education

Qualifications

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)

  • Valid professional liability insurance

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Comfortable using digital charting and booking systems (JaneApp experience is an asset)

  • Eligible to work in Canada

  • Experience in private practice is an asset; however, new graduates with the right mindset are welcome to apply
