Skin Concerns

Skin Concerns Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty Can Address

Plexr® Plus uses controlled plasma energy to create targeted superficial treatment points that may improve selected areas of eyelid skin laxity and fine lines. Our team assesses your eyelid anatomy, skin condition, and treatment goals to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Heavy Hooded Eyelids

When excess skin folds over the upper eyelid, it can contribute to a tired or heavy appearance. Plexr® Plus may improve the appearance of mild to moderate upper eyelid hooding. Suitability and results depend on your eyelid anatomy and skin condition.

Age-Related Eyelid Skin Changes

As delicate skin loses elasticity with age, loose folds may develop on the upper eyelids. Plexr® Plus targets selected areas of mild to moderate skin laxity. It does not treat true eyelid ptosis or brow ptosis, which require separate assessment.

Crepey Upper & Lower Eyelids

Delicate eyelid skin can develop a crepey texture over time. Plexr® Plus may improve the appearance of selected areas of crepey skin through controlled skin contraction and subsequent remodeling. Results vary.

Fine Lines & Crow's Feet

Plexr® Plus targets superficial skin concerns, including selected fine lines and crepey skin around the outer eyes. Neuromodulators address muscle-related expression lines; the appropriate option depends on the cause of the lines and your goals.

Under-Eye Skin Laxity & Crepiness

Plexr® Plus may be considered for selected cases of lower eyelid skin laxity and fine lines. It does not remove or reposition protruding orbital fat, which can cause some under-eye bags. Treatment around the eyes also has potential risks that should be discussed during consultation.

Asymmetrical Eyelid Folds

In selected cases, treatment may improve the appearance of uneven eyelid skin folds. The team assesses your eyelid anatomy, skin condition, and treatment goals to develop an individualized plan. Improvement may be limited, and perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed.

Not every treatment area is suitable for every patient. Your provider will evaluate your skin, discuss potential risks, and recommend an appropriate treatment plan. Results vary, and multiple sessions may be needed.

Common Inquiries

Frequently asked questions about Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty

Learn about treatment suitability, what to expect during healing, risks, aftercare, and the factors that can affect results.

Plexr® Plus non-surgical eyelid skin tightening uses targeted plasma energy to create controlled superficial treatment points. It may help improve selected cases of mild to moderate loose eyelid skin and fine lines. Results vary, and it does not address every cause of a heavy eyelid or under-eye bag.

Pricing starts at $500 per eyelid. Both upper eyelids are $1,000, both lower eyelids are $1,000, and all four eyelids are $2,000. The four-lid-plus-crow’s-feet package is also $2,000 and includes crow’s-feet treatment at no additional charge. Crow’s feet only is $400. Final treatment areas are confirmed during consultation.

Topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to help reduce discomfort. You may still feel warmth, tingling, or brief stinging during the procedure. Individual experiences vary.

Small crusts may form at the treatment points during healing. Do not pick or scrub them; follow your provider’s aftercare instructions and allow them to shed naturally. Healing time varies, and redness or pinkness may remain after the crusts detach.

The approaches address different concerns. Plexr® Plus uses plasma energy for selected cases of mild to moderate skin laxity. Surgical blepharoplasty can remove or reposition excess skin and, when indicated, fat, and may be considered for more significant concerns. Anesthesia, recovery, results, and risks vary by patient and procedure; a qualified clinician can discuss suitable options.

As with procedures around the eyes, Plexr® Plus can have risks and is not suitable for everyone. Potential complications include pigment changes, scarring, infection, and other skin or healing concerns. Discuss your medical and eye history, individual risks, and alternatives with the provider before deciding.

Results vary with the degree of skin laxity, age, skin condition, and treatment response. Some patients notice improvement after one session, while others may benefit from additional treatments. Natural aging continues, and maintenance may be recommended after clinical assessment.

Plexr® Plus primarily targets loose skin and fine lines. It may improve the appearance of mild lower eyelid skin laxity, but it does not remove or reposition the fat responsible for some under-eye bags. Your provider can assess whether the treatment is appropriate for your concerns.

The number of sessions depends on your skin condition and treatment goals. Some patients may notice improvement after one session, while others may require additional treatments. Your provider will recommend an individualized plan following consultation.

Plexr® Plus may not be suitable for everyone, including people with certain eye or skin conditions, active infections, or a history of problematic wound healing. Significant excess eyelid skin, true eyelid or brow ptosis, and fat-related under-eye bags may call for assessment of other treatment options. Suitability is determined individually.
